By accessing or using the TWN Games services, website, API, and Unity SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. License and Usage Restrictions

TWN Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools to develop your games, subject to the plan you are subscribed to.

CRITICAL: Commercial Use Restrictions (Free Tier & Demo)
The "Free Plan" and "Demo Version" of the TWN Games API and Unity SDK are strictly intended for promotional, evaluation, and educational purposes only.

You may NOT use the Free Plan or Demo Version to generate revenue, sell a product, or for any form of commercial exploitation. Any commercial release of a game or application utilizing TWN Games technology requires a valid, paid commercial license or an explicit written agreement from TWN Games.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, API keys, and tokens. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Do not share your keys publicly or embed them directly into client-side game builds without proper security architecture.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms, particularly regarding the unauthorized commercial use of our free and demo tiers.
