End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

TWN Games grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the TWN Games API, SDKs, and Demo Software. The scope of your usage rights (commercial or non-commercial) is strictly determined by the specific subscription plan or license tier you have acquired, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Commercial Use of Free Tiers
The SDKs, APIs, and plugins provided under the "Free Plan" or designated as "Demo" are distributed exclusively for evaluation, testing, and promotional purposes.

You are explicitly forbidden from publishing, monetizing, distributing, or otherwise exploiting commercially any project, game, or software that utilizes the Demo or Free Plan versions of TWN Games technology. Doing so constitutes a direct violation of this License and intellectual property laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks, in and to the TWN Games software, AI models, backend architecture, and documentation are owned by TWN Games. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.

3. Commercial Licensing

To use TWN Games in a commercial product (any project generating revenue, containing microtransactions, or acting as a promotional vehicle for a commercial brand), you must purchase a valid Commercial License or Enterprise Agreement. Please refer to our Pricing page for more details when purchases become available.

4. Liability Limitation

TWN Games provides the software "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software.
